1600-1900 Monday and Wednesday
We’ll always do whatever we can to help our clients in a timely fashion. Appointments are typically available a week from our first contact (call Monday, get an appointment Monday after).
The majority of bikes can be turned around within the day. Understandably there have been supply issues that force delays but it’s definitely better for both of us to have your bike back under you than with us! We wish to operate on a just-in-time basis with more specific parts to be a lean, efficient workshop and we also stock a lot of desirable items.
Unless previously agreed we do not fit externally purchased components.
We are an independent retailer with non-conventional hours of communication, that may not reflect your preferred business practices, and we aim to return correspondence within one working day across all of our platforms.
